Halloween-ed TV Favorites!

Yay for Halloween TV favorites! Some of my favorite shows have the best Halloween episodes! There are probably more out there but here are some awesome eps I like to watch again and again this time of year…

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: S02x06’s “Halloween” – Buffy and co. get their Halloween costumes from an unusual costume shop where people turn into whatever their costume they are wearing. This is the episode they’re referring to anytime anyone mentions Xander’s time as “Army Guy.” Oz sees Willow crossing the street and again says “Who’s that girl?” (Aw, I love them – too cute!) Buffy and Angel share some cute and cuddly closeness and kissy face action at the end of this episode too♥.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: S04x04’s “Fear, Itself” – It’s Halloween and Buffy, Xander, Willow and Oz go to a frat house Halloween party (poor Buffy is bummed because of stupid Parker). The house locks them in and we get to see Giles as a badass when he uses a chainsaw to save the gang. Oh yeah, and we learn Anya’s biggest fear as she dresses up like a bunny when Xander told her to dress like something scary.

Angel: S05x05’s “Life of the Party” – Lorne gets his sleep removed to prep for Wolfram & Hart’s Halloween Party and unleashes a mega-hulked version of his subconscious. Everyone has to do whatever he says (much like Buffy’s “Something Blue” when Willow had her “will” done), like Spike thinking positively, Gunn “marking his territory” all over the office, Angel and Eve “getting a room” and Wes and Fred being drunk after half a beer. Happy-fun-times for sure in this episode!

Friends: S08x06’s “The One With the Halloween Party” – Monica and Chandler decide to throw a Halloween Party (yay! But in 10 seasons, there’s only 1 Halloween episode, really?! Oh well, Friends, you’re still my most favorite show ever, so I forgive you). Phoebe invites Ursula, who brings her new fiancé, Eric – and Phoebe develops a crush on special guest star Sean Penn. Rachel, recently pregnant, is trying to bond with the kids as she hands out candy but gets into an argument with one and agrees to go door-to-door with him as his girlfriend!

The Vampire Diaries: S01x07’s “Haunted” – Vicki is not adjusting well to vampire-hood and Stefan tries to help her control her blood-lust. But trouble ensues when Vicki gets a way from Stefan and goes after Jeremy at the school’s Haunted Halloween party. Caroline gives Bonnie a necklace she took from Damon, which then repels him when he tries to get it back and Bonnie learns more about what she really is.

The Vampire Diaries: S02x07’s “Masquerade” – Stefan and Damon decide on a plan to finally kill Katherine at the Lockwood’s masquerade ball but Katherine has another trick up her sleeve (of course) and has linked herself to Elena, so whatever she feels, Elena does as well. Matt and Tyler get drunk and after Katherine’s compulsion over Matt, Tyler kills a girl, also someone under Katherine’s will, and awakens the werewolf within.

Supernatural: S04x05’s “Monster Movie” – It’s Halloween and Sam and Dean are up against a shapeshifter who has a thing for impersonating old movie monsters like Dracula, the Wolfman and the Mummy. And it’s in black and white. Which was annoying at first but then kinda fun!

Supernatural: S04x07’s “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester” – Sam and Dean discover a witch is sacrificing people to summon the Halloween man, himself. Ashley Benson (yay for Pretty Little Liars!) guest stars.

Bones: S03x05’s “Mummy in the Maze” – Booth and Bones check out a fun house, a Halloween maze and a church charity when two mummified girls pop up. Shawn Hunter-I mean Rider Strong (:)!) guest stars (pretty creepily too) on this episode.

Charmed: S03x04’s “All Halliwell’s Eve” – Prue, Piper and Phoebe are sent back in time on Halloween to save a baby from being born straight into evil and Leo and Darryl are left behind to keep the grimlocks at bay until the sisters get back.

Dead Like Me: S02x15’s “Haunted” – Halloween is a busy day for the reapers as a serial killer stalks the city.
